Maschinenfabrik Bermatingen, developed their first mulcher for orchards in 1954. Their name is the guarantee of competence and innovation to adopt the products to the requirements of the  customers and the market.

Developed for for mechanical weed control.

  • The weed is pulled out with the root and then chopped (mulching cultivation).
  • The soil gets a crumbly texture and it stays where it should (no displacement of soil).
  • The implement does not clog and works equally well in wet or dry, light or heavy, sandy or rocky soils.
  • The weed brush even removes the last island of weeds directly on the trunk.
  • Mounting: front or rear
  • Frame with tool extension arm and rotary tillerhead (optional rotary tillerhead in working widths of 30 cm or 40 cm, PE 2500 also available with rotary tiller head 60 cm), alternatively with mulching head
  • Hydraulic drive
  • Electro-hydraulic fine control
  • Drive for tilting the rotary tiller head (only for PE 1400)
  • Universal mounting plate
